Abstract Submission

We are welcoming your abstract submission. Abstracts must be submitted via this website. Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be accepted. Please be advised that submitted abstracts should include non-published data and abstracts previously presented will not be accepted. The abstract format must comply the following abstract style instruction:

Abstract style
Length 500 words in one-page frame (A4 or letter size)
Figures Possible to include with keeping one-page length
Format Include (1)paper title, (2)authors' name(s), (3)affiliation(s),
and (4)email address of corresponding author
File format PDF file

NOTE:

  • The Deadline for Abstract Submissions: May 30, 2025

  • The paper title, authors' names, and affiliations must be registered according to the capitalization rules of the IEEE Conference Template. Symbols and special characters are not allowed.

  • Submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed by committee members to ensure that the content is appropriate for presentation at ICSJ. Therefore, your abstract should include not only the novelty and importance of your research, but also the specific methods and results with figures, tables, or equations as appropriate.

  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by July 12, 2025, and the authors are requested to submit a 4-page manuscript by early September, 2025 for the Proceedings which will be available via IEEE Xplore Digital Library, whereas the authors for the ECR session are required to submit a 2-page manuscript.

Author Policies

Withdrawal Policy

Authors whose abstracts are accepted will then be requested to submit a final manuscript. (The submission deadline is scheduled for September 4, 2025.) If the authors fail to submit a final manuscript or withdraw the paper without a valid reason, we will consider this as misconduct by the author(s).
Authors who commit multiple such offenses will be placed on the IEEE Prohibited Authors List and barred from participating in all IEEE publications.

No-show Policy

Any accepted paper included in the Advance or Final Program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference.
Authors of the accepted papers included in the Advance or Final Program who do not attend the conference will be listed in a "No Show List", compiled by ICSJ. Any "no-show" paper will be noted as "Author unavailable for presentation" and will not be included in IEEE Xplore.
